Scott Gibbens, our founder, has always had the heart of an entrepreneur. His journey started back in 1985 when he was just a tenth grader. Scott bought candy bars by the case and sold them at school, even recruiting five friends to help with sales-a natural-born business leader in the making!

One year after high school, Scott launched a commercial and residential cleaning service. He built the business from the ground up, serving both homes and businesses with dedication.

In 2011, Scott began exploring new opportunities that would keep him in the B2B service space. That's when he opened an independent office for Central Payment, a TSYS reseller. It wasn't long before he found his stride in the payment processing world, eventually making a full transition in 2019 when he officially exited the cleaning business.

In October 2023, Scott founded SIMPLIFIX™ software with a clear mission: to provide businesses with a compliant, automated dual pricing solution. This innovative approach helps businesses seamlessly factor the cost of card payments into their pricing, keeping things transparent and efficient.

Elisabeth joined our team in July 2023 to support our sales and administrative efforts. Her upbeat and positive personality aligns perfectly with our mission to serve our clients and sales partners with excellence.

Elisabeth spends much of her day connecting with potential clients, introducing them to our innovative software, and spreading the word about how it can transform their businesses. In addition to sales, she plays a key role in customer service and general administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

We're lucky to have Elisabeth's energy and dedication driving our success forward!

Paul joined us as an official consultant and equity owner to help scale our software to the next level. With over 20 years of experience running two successful auto repair shops, his insight and wisdom are invaluable. Paul is also active in the local community, spending his free time coaching youth sports.

Paul is also our client. When he switched to dual pricing a few years ago, Paul explained that his goal was to keep overall costs down and pass the savings on to his customers rather than boost profits. He understands the many challenges that repair shop owners face, and we are fortunate to have him on our team.

Eric brings more than 20 years of defense research and development experience to our team. His career spans hardware design, firmware and software engineering, and the program management discipline required to deliver multi-million dollar systems on schedule.

He has led teams of digital engineers, run programs from $50,000 quick-turn efforts to multi-year hardware builds, and progressed from Engineering Program Manager to Senior Program Manager. He holds an MBA and an MS in computer engineering.

We were fortunate to connect with Shannon in a private Facebook group for merchant service professionals. She immediately took an interest in our project and wanted to be a part of it right away. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Shannon has provided valuable insights that have shaped our entire project.

She also signed our first out-of-state merchant and, with her strong connections in the auto repair industry, has taken the lead in blazing a path for us. It's a privilege to have her and her daughter on our team.

Nicole joined our team of resellers to offer our software in Southern California. Nicole is a recent graduate of California State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Nicole has been a valuable contributor, providing feedback on our training and presentation procedures. Her questions and ideas have helped us design a customized approach for those new to the industry.

Nicole has recently accepted a new role with our company as Director of Reseller Development. In this position, she will be supporting our growing team of software resellers across the U.S., helping them succeed and stay aligned with our goals.

For over 20 years, Jesse has been a go-to consultant in the electronic payment industry, helping businesses of all types and sizes to optimize their payment systems.

He brings a sharp eye for identifying operational gaps and offers clear, cost-effective strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. Jesse's strength lies not just in his technical expertise, but in how well he gets to know his clients.

By taking the time to truly understand their goals and workflows, he's able to recommend the ideal combination of software, payment gateways, and point-of-sale solutions tailored to their specific needs.

With nearly 20 years in the payments industry, Brian services a wide range of businesses across New England a number being automotive garages of all sizes, including a 17-location retail tire chain.

He understands the financial pressures business owners face and the care needed to implement fee recovery strategies without affecting customer loyalty.
